I normally don’t leave reviews, but I want to warn others about my experience. I was billed over $100 for a service, and when I called to question it, the billing representative Lisa repeatedly told me she was too busy to help and that she had other things to tend to.. I tried for weeks to get it corrected and had to go into the office and speak with the manager to get it corrected then she sent the bill to collections without ever contacting me. I made a payment yesterday and was never told it was in collections and the bill was just adjusted for me to start paying.
I was adjusted without up-to-date x-rays, which made me uncomfortable this does not feel like safe practice. The staff has also been consistently unprofessional cursing during my interactions with them.
I hope the office improves how they treat patients, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this chiropractor.

Do not use this office. If 0 stars were an option, it would be 0. Dishonest or inept. Take your pick. Neither is what you want in a doctor/chiropractor. This doctor immediately began bad mouthing my orthopedic suregon (should've have been the 1st red flag)- saying how awful they were & that they gave me the wrong brace for my other knee which was bone on bone and that the brace I was wearing was not an unloader brace. He continued trying to convince me of this even after I said I could not walk 10 ft before the brace and after getting it, my pain dropped to 0-2. After arguing with another member of the team, he determined I was in fact wearing an unloader brace. This doctor not recognizing I had a VERY expensive $1,500 unloader brace on and trying to convince me my unloader brace was NOT an unloader brace, should've been the 2nd red flag. Oh, but then "it was just a really expensive one that doesn't help patients either". I couldn't go to my orthopedic surgeon because I had recently moved, otherwise thats who I woupd have seen. I went in for knee pain in my other knee, this Dr did xrays and then showed me the xrays which "showed end stage knee degradation-bone on bone." Only I had xrays done by my orthopedic surgeon 4 months prior which showed near perfect "cushion" between the bones on this knee. He did not believe me and assumed I must've mixed up the timimg until I pulled up my xrays with the date (red flag #3). This doctor & office then told me the only thing to cause that fast of damage is lyme disease, or maybe lupus or maybe cancer and how I'd better go have bloodwork done. We had the xrays retaken by Genesis & bloodwork for Lyme disease, lupus, a new ANA titer and some markers that could indicate cancer. Shocker: the xrays that Genesis did, matched those done 3 months prior by my orthopedic surgeon. Why did I believe & trust this doctor? When my orthopedic surgeon & Genesis did knee xrays, BOTH made sure positioning was very important. This office took xrays like you would take pictures with a disposable camera. So, either the doctor had manipulated the xray imaging by having me in an incorrect position to make it look FAR worse than it was intentionally OR he was inept and did not know how to take proper imaging of the knee (his specialty). Neither is what you want. They then sold me one of their unloader braces. This doctor did not know how to even put it on me. He put it on incorrectly, I informed him that it was causing pain in my knee. He said: you have to give it a few days to work. Unloader braces have 2 places/joints you use a "key" to adjust: he had the brace incorrectly placed on my leg and when he adjusted it to do the unloading, he only used the key to screw 1 of the TWO joints - you have to adjust both equally on an unloader brace. I had to go home, look up the manufacturer of the brace and review the correct way to put this brace on. Another shocker: the brace does not cause pain when correctly put on, placed and adjusted. Since, this knee is NOT in fact bone on bone though, I was likely just sold a brace I do not need for $300. That's in addition to the bills I have not yet received for the new xrays and bloodwork. BTW the lyme disease came back negative - which was expected after finding the xrays confirmed what my orthopedic surgeon found 4 months ago and NOT what this doctor was trying to incorrectly tell me. I do not recommend this office to anyone. Find another location that is honest and actually knows what they are doing. All things considered, this felt very much like they saw I had auto immune disease and made the decision to take advantage of me and to cause me a great deal of unnecessary anxiety in the process (telling me it could be lyme disease, lupus or cancer causing that fast of damage to my knee). The best part: I still have no answer as to why my knee is hurting so badly. My guess is the effusion found in Genesis' imaging, but I now have to find another doctor or make a longer drive to my orthopedic surgeon to get actual answers (that I can trust).
