- AAAlexNov 18, 20251.0I normally don’t leave reviews, but I want to warn others about my experience. I was billed over $100 for a service, and when I called to question it, the billing representative Lisa repeatedly told me she was too busy to help and that she had other things to tend to.. I tried for weeks to get it corrected and had to go into the office and speak with the manager to get it corrected then she sent the bill to collections without ever contacting me. I made a payment yesterday and was never told it was in collections and the bill was just adjusted for me to start paying. I was adjusted without up-to-date x-rays, which made me uncomfortable this does not feel like safe practice. The staff has also been consistently unprofessional cursing during my interactions with them. I hope the office improves how they treat patients, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this chiropractor.

- DDDogi33Nov 20, 20195.0LOVED DR. SHAW! Staff was great! They didn't make me feel like a "nuisance" like every other Dr's office has. Dr. Shaw has a knowledgeable and welcoming personality; something I haven't seen for awhile! I'm just looking for answers and my Drs aren't giving me the time or care I need so I went looking on my own. Dr. Shaw explained this might not be the answer but he sure cares enough to try!
