- RWRach WNov 25, 20215.0Wonderful staff and very flexible appointments! I had some appointments with Rachel for physical therapy. She was super nice and the therapy was helping. I had to miss an appointment with only an hour or less notice because of a death in the family. There was no charge for canceling and Rachel was really nice about the whole thing. Then I found out I was pregnant and could not do the specific physical therapy we were working on. She was very accommodating even though I was accidentally flaky a bit. I'm going to start back up after I give birth, can't wait!
