Mike was extremely thorough in assessing my needs and explaining the entire process, while Andrew handled the installation and explained every detail of operation, maintenance and safety issues. It was a pleasure working with these guys. Not to mention Briana who was on top of her game keeping the ball rolling. I will definitely use 101 Mobility for any of my future needs.

Not pushy "sales oriented" but we were able to use the money paid towards the purchase of the unit and they even came out and rechecked the unit and replaced the seat and arm rests that had been worn over time-
