  Mike explain everything SLOWLY and complete. He contacted me as I was thinking of upgrading to the flagship Aid. The reason was the premium Aid was offered for only a few hours longer. The savings was more than $500.00. It meant he stayed in the office 3 1-2 hours longer than his normal day. No appreciated. It was easy to get an appointment and it was great that such a well made device was this close to my home. I had driven to Fairview Park for years to get assistance. No longer.

  Mike and staff were friendly, thorough, professional and very willing to help. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone needing hearing tests/aids.

  Michael has been the BEST in terms of educating me about all aspects of getting the optimum performance from my hearing devices. He takes the time need to explain and answer all questions or concerns.
