We visit this location for the first time and I hope this visit was my last one. Our visit reason: my daughter was vomiting. We did online booking for 5 pm. We came for reception desk and did registration. I can say from Reception only there is zero hygiene ,your staff nails are dirty. The same lady who was sitting at the reception called us to the patient room and started to ask questions. It doesn’t look like she knew what she was doing. After 20 minute nurse practitioner came . No uniform, she is wearing normal clothes which I wear at home while doing cleaning. Not professional at all. I explained the situation she checked my daughter’s stomach and said “ I think it’s a stomach virus “. I told her could you check ears, she started to check ears and said “ I think she has an infection on the left ear “ my question was Is there infection or no? She is still I think. As the doctor she is not confident with her diagnosis you can’t use the word “I think “ in this profession. You can’t play with the peopel health. Then she started to write antibiotics for ear infection. In that time i already knew that I am not doing whatever she said. She didn’t wear gloves at all during all this visit. Her name was Shawna. I don’t think she is enough qualified and professional to work there. I left that clinic immediately and took my daughter to Cincinnati children. We did all kind of tests there for virus and infection and results were great.

Concern Regarding Patient Privacy and Professional Conduct I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of the nurse practitioner on call during yesterday's visit on December 19, 2025. The bedside manner displayed came across as unprofessional and, at times, dismissive toward a paying patient Most concerning was the lack of respect for patient privacy and confidentiality. The nurse practitioner openly discussed the patient's emotional state, diagnosis, treatment plan, and a documented allergy to Bactrim while in the waiting area, within earshot of other patients. This was highly inappropriate and not consistent with basic healthcare privacy standards. The patient in question is an elderly woman who was being treated for an infection requiring antibiotics. She was understandably anxious, as she had not experienced improvement after several days on the prescribed medication. These concerns warranted compassion, patience, and-most importantly-a private setting. Out of respect for patient dignity and confidentiality, the patient and her husband should have been escorted to a private room for this discussion. To be clear, this concern is not about exposing or targeting an individual provider. Rather, it is about addressing a serious lapse in judgment and ensuring corrective action when someone in a position of authority makes a mistake. Authority in healthcare should never be used in a way that compromises patient dignity, privacy, or trust. Healthcare providers are entrusted with sensitive information and are expected to communicate professionally while safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during this visit. The nurse practitioner appeared rushed without clear cause, which further contributed to the situation. This is not an isolated issue that reflects only on one person-it affects the reputation and integrity of the entire practice. Patients place their trust in medical professionals to treat them with respect, patience, and discretion. When that trust is compromised, it reflects poorly on the practice as a whole. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location if this is how patient care and confidentiality are being handled. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to reinforce proper standards of professionalism, privacy, and patient-centered care moving forward. Please remember that patients like this elderly woman are the foundation of your practice.
