First and last time I will ever go to this Little Clinic location. I tried to schedule an appt online but there were no openings until 2 hours later. When I went to check in there were no patients waiting in the waiting area, but I was told they are booked so I would have to schedule an appt for 3:30 pm. Which meant we had to wait for an hour and a half until our appt time. We waited and checked in when it was our appt time. We were called back and the nurse started to ask her medical history questions and then do vitals.. however she didn't even get to do that before the provider came in and took over. Then the nurse just left, not doing any vitals or finishing her intake. The NP Jenny Bradley came in the room and I began to explain to her that my son is medically complex, however I would ONLY bring him to a Little Clinic if it was a VERY minor chief complaint. My son was crying that day about his right ear hurting. No fever, no other symptoms. I have worked in healthcare the last 12 years myself, and then have a 4 year old medically complex son who I am VERY well aware of everything with his health and always take him to Cincinnati Children's for everything! However, I thought Little Clinic would be able to handle an ear ache. I was interrupted several times by the provider in a rude manner, seemingly because she was aggravated that I took him to Little Clinic vs CCHMC. I advised her I checked the wait times at the CCHMC Urgent Care's and they were beyond a 4 + hour wait. I did not want to have my immunocompromised son around illness and germs for that long waiting to be seen. (I waited in the car for this visit) I advised her that he has NO other symptoms and is under the care of many specialists and sees CCHMC 4-8 times weekly and again I would never take him to a Little Clinic if I had any other concerns than a possible ear infection. She continued to be very rude and rushed and said she doesn't even feel comfortable seeing or treating him. I felt very discriminated against -- as I know if I would have took him to the Wilmington Little Clinic where I lived, I wouldn't have had this bad experience! I am well aware they do not see medically complex children and I was not asking for anything other than to look in both of his ears. Once I guess I convinced her she looked in his ears, not listening to his chest or anything. She said it looks really red in the right ear and infected, then proceeds to tell me she doesn't even feel comfortable with prescribing abx with his "history". I said I am educated in my son's medical history and there is no issues with an abx being prescribed to treat his ear infection if that is what will help his discomfort. She then said well I would just prefer he goes to Children's. My son is g tube fed but eats by mouth. I was telling her that and then she said well now I don't feel comfortable with prescribing the abx because I don't know if it should go through his G tube or by mouth. I advised her I give ALL medications through his G tube to ensure he gets the full dosage.. She then advised me to call his PCP to make sure I can give it through GT. I wasn't even done providing his important medical history before the visit was over as she ended it on "I will prescribe abx but call his doctor to see how to give them". I then asked her what dose of Tylenol to give him and provided her with his exact weight and she replied "read the back of the medication bottle it tells you". I didn't even respond because I was blown away on her response as I know it is based on weight even my son's PCP knows how to provide me with the exact dose. When I later picked up the rx she sent it it stated "BY MOUTH" in all caps. I could just picture her disrespectful voice. When she knew it was going to be given through g tube. I am writing this to make people aware. I just never in a million years thought my son who is 4 would be discriminated against since he is medically complex. I will NEVER be going back to this location even if it is for myself. Very disrespectful and unprofessional!

We visit this location for the first time and I hope this visit was my last one. Our visit reason: my daughter was vomiting. We did online booking for 5 pm. We came for reception desk and did registration. I can say from Reception only there is zero hygiene ,your staff nails are dirty. The same lady who was sitting at the reception called us to the patient room and started to ask questions. It doesn’t look like she knew what she was doing. After 20 minute nurse practitioner came . No uniform, she is wearing normal clothes which I wear at home while doing cleaning. Not professional at all. I explained the situation she checked my daughter’s stomach and said “ I think it’s a stomach virus “. I told her could you check ears, she started to check ears and said “ I think she has an infection on the left ear “ my question was Is there infection or no? She is still I think. As the doctor she is not confident with her diagnosis you can’t use the word “I think “ in this profession. You can’t play with the peopel health. Then she started to write antibiotics for ear infection. In that time i already knew that I am not doing whatever she said. She didn’t wear gloves at all during all this visit. Her name was Shawna. I don’t think she is enough qualified and professional to work there. I left that clinic immediately and took my daughter to Cincinnati children. We did all kind of tests there for virus and infection and results were great.

Concern Regarding Patient Privacy and Professional Conduct I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of the nurse practitioner on call during yesterday's visit on December 19, 2025. The bedside manner displayed came across as unprofessional and, at times, dismissive toward a paying patient Most concerning was the lack of respect for patient privacy and confidentiality. The nurse practitioner openly discussed the patient's emotional state, diagnosis, treatment plan, and a documented allergy to Bactrim while in the waiting area, within earshot of other patients. This was highly inappropriate and not consistent with basic healthcare privacy standards. The patient in question is an elderly woman who was being treated for an infection requiring antibiotics. She was understandably anxious, as she had not experienced improvement after several days on the prescribed medication. These concerns warranted compassion, patience, and-most importantly-a private setting. Out of respect for patient dignity and confidentiality, the patient and her husband should have been escorted to a private room for this discussion. To be clear, this concern is not about exposing or targeting an individual provider. Rather, it is about addressing a serious lapse in judgment and ensuring corrective action when someone in a position of authority makes a mistake. Authority in healthcare should never be used in a way that compromises patient dignity, privacy, or trust. Healthcare providers are entrusted with sensitive information and are expected to communicate professionally while safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during this visit. The nurse practitioner appeared rushed without clear cause, which further contributed to the situation. This is not an isolated issue that reflects only on one person-it affects the reputation and integrity of the entire practice. Patients place their trust in medical professionals to treat them with respect, patience, and discretion. When that trust is compromised, it reflects poorly on the practice as a whole. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location if this is how patient care and confidentiality are being handled. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to reinforce proper standards of professionalism, privacy, and patient-centered care moving forward. Please remember that patients like this elderly woman are the foundation of your practice.

We have always had excellent care and service at this location. India is so compassionate and professional. Lauren and Meghan, NPs, are both very knowlegable and take the time to listen and answer questions. Great!
