    Mike has been absolutely amazing to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable. Not only does he take the time to show and explain the movement, he explains why we are doing that particular exercise, its benefits, and how it will help me to reach my goals. I'm doing movements and exercises I never would have thought to do on my own. I recently had shoulder surgery, and he has built a customized program around that to help me rebuild strength, but more importantly, get back my full range of motion. I'm so thankful I started working with Mike.

    I found Mike on Google about 2 months ago. From the get go, he was incredibly kind and receptive to me and my goals. He has helped me greatly with my fitness and nutrition goals. He also strikes a good balance of pushing you but respecting where you are at on a given day. The gym itself is a great vibe and I always leave the gym feeling better than when I got there. I would recommend Mike or any of his trainers to anyone. I look forward to continuing to grow while working with Mike and becoming my best self!

    I have just gotten back into training and I must say that Mike is the best personal trainer that I have ever worked with. His attention to detail and total explanation of my workouts has been phenomenal. At age 63, he has designed workouts that specifically target my specific body type. If you are looking for a personal trainer, look no further.

    I am enjoying working with Mike! As someone over 50, I appreciate how he takes the time to understand my individual needs and goals, and then builds workouts that help me feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. He has a great balance of professionalism and fun—his hard work ethic keeps me motivated, and his positive personality makes every session tough and enjoyable. I can truly feel the progress and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into shape at any age, but especially those of us who want guidance tailored to life after 50.

    I started working out to address the start of health concerns and came in pretty out of shape. Mike has been amazing in helping me understand the process, going at the pace I needed to go and building me up. Mike has taken the time to help me understand and implement a focus on nutrition as well. I can't recommend Mike and Right Direction Personal training enough. You get direct personal attention and Mike cares a lot about helping you achieve your goals! My experience at Right Direction Personal Training has been amazing!
