  My whole experience was really good all of the staff was so friendly and I felt heard. I had an iud inserted, which is normally a pretty painful experience, and they gave me what they could to make it more comfortable for me. They talked me through the whole procedure letting me know I could ask for a break if needed and giving me water. My boyfriend was allowed to be in the room for the procedure so I felt more comfortable. Overall I had a good experience, besides the pain that comes with the procedure, and I recommend this facility if you are looking for somewhere to go.

  The nursing staff was very nice and friendly! But as soon as the NP Susan walked in, she was extremely rude. When I was there previously, I was prescribed medication, so they called and left a voicemail letting me know I could pick it up. I had to change my number due to safety concerns, but I still managed to pick it up and get it over with. A year ago, when I came with concerns about something that didn't seem normal—specifically, a severe sharp pain shooting in my arm where my Nexplanon was and I was getting weird discharge that was not normal and have never had have before she did not listen. She was cold and rude, saying “it's from your cycle, it's normal, why are you here,” and basically interrogated me about why I didn’t call back and why I bothered to come to an appointment if I wasn't going to get medication. She implied I never picked it up from my previous visit, which I had told her I did. She then implied I was wasting her time and didn’t believe me until I showed her my purchase history from my debit card at the pharmacy. She continued questioning why I never called them. I explained I changed my number, and before that, I saw I had a voicemail about my medication being ready, but I didn't think to call back before this appointment. When I asked if she could just remove the Nexplanon because I researched and believed my issue might be related to it, she refused. She implied I was a hypochondriac and that it's normal. She didn't bother to feel my arm or check my Nexplanon because I could only feel a small part of it; the rest I couldn't. A month later, my symptoms worsened, and I went back to my original doctor who placed the Nexplanon. I explained my concerns, and it was removed. It was going into my muscle and was severely bent. After removal, my symptoms stopped, and I felt better. I have not been back since nor will I ever again

  Had that visit we dread so much today, and everyone there was kind, respectful and very aware of how uncomfortable some of us are with thses appointments. Nurse Davis cared for me today and I thought she was wonderful. I will keep coming here.
