The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
I highly recommend finding somewhere else to be treated. My son was sick and needed attention so I scheduled an appt. The front desk lady was incredibly rude with a nasty attitude and horrible customer service. She rudely told me to stop signing in on the kiosk and stand in front of her desk instead. She then asked for my insurance card. When I showed her my insurance card, she said they don’t take my insurance and cannot see my son. I said I could do a cash visit because he needed to be seen and she said that because she “saw” my insurance card, she can’t do a cash payment and they will not see my 14 month old baby. I’m sorry… what? They clearly do not have the patients best interest in mind. I was willing to pay whatever up front for a visit to see the doctor. I’ve used the little clinic many times and will now never return. We went to urgent care off route 4 and had an excellent experience. I highly recommend them instead.

My son was seen very quickly and diagnosed with the Flu. We got his medication quickly , and the provider and staff were incredibly attentive and caring. We really appreciated how smoothly everything went!!

We always go to little clinic for convenience and especially for a yearly work physicals. Usually a pretty seamless process although this visit at this location with NP Ashley E. was a bit complicated. I’ll spare the details, however for several reasons, she did make it unnecessarily complicated. She even stated that our other visits were performed incorrectly by the other little clinic nurse practitioners in the past and this is the way she does it, (which is supposedly the correct way). I find it very unprofessional to degrade your coworkers, especially being that they are also nurse practitioners. I will never return to this little clinic location and my husband and I and our family will continue to go to the other locations that we usually go to where the nurse practitioners are always great and yes, they do their job well! The PCA at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful and kind. The problem we had here was the complications and attitude of the nurse practitioner. Then when she did do our physicals, she sped through them so quick that she did less than what we’ve ever had done in the past. As a reminder, these was just visits to get our yearly physicals done to comply with our insurance requirements. This should not have been a frustrating process or visit. No for us, to Kyle’s Station little clinic 👎

I was seen by Taylor Russell for diabetes and she was the best. She didn’t judge or rush during the appointment. Got lab results back and Taylor was super helpful. The only complaint another person named Kristen (I think that was her name) from the same location called a few minutes later about my lab results and she was so rude and hateful and hung up on me.
