They didn’t follow any guidelines for my insurance and my claim was denied twice due to this office not following guidelines. Now I’m stuck with a temporary crown and major mouth pain. So turn around and run away from this practice.
- KGKaren GaglianoSep 10, 20181.0I had a large filling in the far back corner that came out. They got me in quickly & the reception staff were very nice. However following the initial exam & brief xray, the younger dentist came in, looked at my cavity, then spoke to me from behind me. I was twisting in my chair to try to see him, as I'm used to making eye contact with people who are speaking to me. Finally one of his staff who handled financial matters came in & showed me what it would cost to have cavity filled & crowned or "we can pull the tooth today" for considerably less. She also said there were no payment plans. I had to pay half up front & the rest when the final crown came in. Needless to say, I went home and found someone much better!
