In many ways, we are the opposite of a big, commercial gym! Our team is a lot like family, we support each other and care for our clients with a VIP level of customer service. With each session, you’ll be personally greeted at the door by your trainer. We want you to feel confident, motivated, happier, healthier and fulfilled.
When you initially join us, we do a fitness and wellness assessment. This allows us to set individualized goals that are attainable. Then every six to eight weeks we do follow-up assessments during one of your appointment-only workouts to make sure you are progressing. We check your weight and take body measurements, as well as track BMI, water weight and muscle mass.
From students to seniors, weekend warriors to sports teams and professional athletes—whatever your level of fitness, we give you the tools you need to reach your full potential.
To mix things up, we offer small group, boot-camp style, HIIT exercise classes with a maximum of four members going through different rotations of the same workout.
We also offer 45-minute virtual training sessions through Zoom or Facetime. Like the in-studio workouts, everything is customized to your capability.

I have had the open gym membership for a few months now and can confidently say I am thankful to have jumped on this opportunity. The location is convenient for biking or running to, and has several amenities closeby. The gym itself is clean and has plenty of equipment whether you are focusing on strength or movement exercises. Staff has been pleasant and helpful when I run into them. Gym members are respectful of your space, the equipment, and common sense gym protocol. I love to pop by after a hard run or bike to use the recovery equipment. I look forward to using the personal training services in the future, so it is a definite plus that it's offered.This is a rolling gym membership I can see myself holding onto for a long time.

I love this gym so much! It is honestly always so clean and not crowded which makes me really comfortable as I have really bad gym anxiety! Ashleigh is my trainer and she makes me feel so motivated and comfortable. She is so knowledgeable with building me up the right way and helping me manage my nutrition. Super clean, great aesthetic and good vibes always.

Jarrett the trainer was fantastic at showing my daughter how to properly work out. He was super cool, patient, and knowledgeable explaining what each exercise does for the body. He even has KidzBop ready for each class 😂 The vibes are always great! The owners are wholesome people who truly care about the community. Ash and Kyle are rock stars, and the atmosphere is a solid 10/10. All around, I’d recommend this place to anyone
