- SSSageNov 14, 20255.0The staff here are super warm and welcoming. Their communication skills are very good. Dr Thomas even texted me the day before the surgery asking if I had any questions. They were able to help me get on a payment plan even though I have terrible credit which I am extremely grateful for. The procedure itself was a little scary but Dr Thomas and Monica talked to me the whole way through. Whenever I open my eyes after the procedure and was able to see Monica's face clearly I was overcome with emotion because for the first time in my life someone's face wasn't blurry. It was super quick it only took me maybe 10 to 15 minutes. I could see her face right away but then my vision started to get a little cloudy when I was leaving. I went home and took a nap and rested my eyes like they suggested because your eyes will be sore but when I woke up from my nap my eyes felt better and using the drops made them feel better. I had my procedure yesterday and was able to see clearly today and last night the only side effect I'm having is seeing halos around like car headlights and traffic lights which they said was normal and should clear up in about a week. Overall I had an amazing experience at this facility and I will definitely be recommending it to family and friends and they also offer a referral bonus which is nice. Huge thank you to Dr Thomas and all the staff there for giving me the gift of being able to see clearly 🙏🏻❤️

He then called at 8:45p.m. the evening of the surgery to make sure everything was going as expected and no other concerns or questions. All the ladies in the office were upbeat, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in making everyone feel welcome and comfortable with the entire process. I was highly recommended to Dr. Thomas from personal friends and I will also HIGHLY recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks again for an outstanding experience and making it so seamless!
