I was there for a pre-employment drug screen and physical, and the nurse (I wish I could remember her name) was wonderful. Unfortunately, every bit of that interaction was overshadowed by the negativity of the doctor. From the moment Dr. Pinkerton walked in the room, the entire experience went downhill. He seemed shocked that I was the person he was reading about on the chart in his hand, and rudely asked if he had the right room. He barely introduced himself, and completely failed to introduce the intern/med student (?) who was with him. (She was forced to introduce herself.) As he read through my answers to the questionnaire, he asked for clarification on a few items, but seemed annoyed in doing so. The worst part of the exam was the neurological check where he sharply barked orders at me like I was a dog (sit down, stand up, move). I did not pass his exam, and I may not have from any other provider, but I strongly feel that his attitude toward me played a huge part in it. As I put my jacket on and gathered my purse, I let him no he had the worst bedside manner of any medical professional I’ve ever dealt with. He snidely replied that others have said the opposite, and that was just my opinion. Yes, but my opinion was explicitly asked for on a small sheet of paper that the AMAZING nurse had given me. I truly feel badly that she has to work alongside him.

- ZYZakariYah YisraelDec 18, 20255.0Outstanding and caring staff! I work for Amazon and got injured which took me out of work for a week. From my initial visit I was treated with care and concern. The doctor fully explained my injury and placed me in physical therapy. From there I began to heal and recover, one of the nurses that stuck out was Ms Joanie. She was so nice and helpful. I was a little depressed from being out of work and talking with her lifted me up. The fact that she took time out to listen to me meant so much. All in all my experience was great and appreciate everyone who I came across that helped in my recovery.🙏🏾 Jason Mobley
