  Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had such a thorough cleaning, or had future treatments and payment options explained so thoroughly. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable.

  They are part of a bigger corporation which is probably why they overcharge so much(didn’t know until after I had already scheduled appointment) First phone call took about 25 min to book, receptionist seemed to have trouble getting my daughter’s information put into the computer. I had to get a new dentist last minute due to my regular office stopped taking my insurance. Found that out the week prior to her appointment. My daughter needed two baby teeth extracted for orthodontics and she had an appointment the following week. I was assured it would be taken care of the same day. I even got a call the day of to see if we could come in early, and I had asked them if they were going to extract and not just do a “consult”. I was told yes. We get there and the name was misspelled so it took a minute to check in at the desk. Then they didn’t have the correct information, or related X-rays. They went ahead and did another X-ray. Still, after all that, they wanted to know if I was sure to do extracted that day. Yes… that’s the whole point of the visit. The quote was a lot more than I paid at my other office, and even the nitrous(not covered) was twice as much. We didn’t pay for nitrous ($120) On top of it, everything seemed rushed. The dentist didn’t go over what was happening with my daughter. Even though I had explained beforehand to her(a ten year old), talking directly to the patient is usually good practice. She was scared and screaming, in tears. Not only was the quote not correct, underpaid apparently and got a bill for $39 a week later. Altogether, they billed my insurance $520 to extract two baby teeth. My part was $182, without nitrous. Absurd. My old office charged half that. Won’t be going back.

  Nothing i can say to enhance my experience because its already top notch. From the moment i walk in the door with the welcoming receptionist,the friendly staff and dental hygeinists and all the treatment options.They all do awesome work at every aspect of their jobs from the procedures being done. To answering all of my concerns and questions i have. Thanks again to all the staff at Hopewell Dental from a very Happy patient.
