- JPJennifer PosankaFeb 21, 20231.0I just left an appointment there, I waited in the lobby for over 40 minutes after my appointment time. Then when I do get back and am on the table in my paper gown waiting to get my pap done someone comes in to inform me that because I had cancer in December of 21 I would have to go see my original doctor because she had flagged my chart. So essentially I am being denied medical care because I chose to start seeing another doctor and not continue on seeing my original doctor. I don't see how this is legal. I lost my insurance and planned parenthood is significantly more affordable than going to my previous doctors office. I don't understand how a doctor can dictate my future medical care or have other doctors deny me treatment because I saw her over a year ago. I will be contacting a lawyer to look into both parties and the legality of this. It's horrible to think my cancer might be back and have you refuse to test me because a doctor at a different practice says so. I've never heard of such a thing!

They are always welcoming, thorough, and willing to accommodate my needs. That said, I have observed the opposite of the phone staff. Every person I have spoken to over the phone for this location has been irritable and frustrated from the get go, getting annoyed over simple technical glitches & having to accommodate hearing impaired patients.

Everything was explained to me so that I could pick the best BC method, the staff is friendly and helpful. Wait times are a little long but that comes with every doctors office. I highly recommend this location!
