  The wait times are a bit long but that's pretty standard for workplace clinics,and the wait time is far better than the Roberts Rd location. The waiting room and staff are much better as well. Very spacious and clean. I had a DOT physical 2 years ago and had the same doctor for renewal,who is always kind and efficient. Would recommend this location!

  I called your business before I started writing this to make sure I had the same receptionist that I talked to when I called there before I arrived. I needed her name and it was Kyaira. She is one of the most informative, courteous, patient, respectful and professional employees I encountered at Concentra.. hands down! Seriously... She deserves a raise and some kind of recognition and I'll tell you why. I went to the one on Roberts Rd the first time to take my DOT physical. Being that this is my first rodeo going through the CDL process I'm relying on them for the right guidance. Well, I was pissed ! Because that's all they gave me ..a urine drop! I knew I was supposed to get a T8, physical etc. I asked the receptionist about it and she said it wasn't on my form. I had to call my employer and she told me all the lady had to do was look it up in their system. I had to put her on the phone with the lady. Then you're waiting in the waiting room for almost 2hrs and when you finally do see the doctor she had me waiting in the exam room for about an hour with the door closed. I had to look out the door to see what the malfunction was and she was sitting right there jaw-jacking with a subordinate telling me to go back in the room! Also if the doctor would have informed me how long the sleep apnea process goes and how long it can take I would have started the process alot earlier in my CDL training so I would have had the process closer to completion by the time my 90 days was up instead of the receptionist handing me a form with 3 out of town rip-off quack businesses on it for sleep apnea testing on it as I headed out the door! I had to make 3 trips up to the Roberts Rd location when it should have been only one! What a hustle! When you ask a question the answers are vague, condescending or they treat you like you're supposed to know or they don't even have a clue! Too much standing around having a gabfest. No respect for peoples time! Overall.. the Alum Creek location is the difference between night and day in my opinion compared to possibly alot of your other locations. And you wonder why you have to post signs up threatening to tell people's employer. I've heard the same kind of complaints in some form or fashion from other people about Concentra locations. Now if Concentra could model itself around receptionist Kyaira's attributes at the Alum Creek location the world would be a better place!!.. She helps to make that location shine. That's why I graded it a 9! You asked...So what in the hell you going to do about it?.. Hopefully make some drastic improvements in the atmosphere of operations.
