Then I asked that my hesring aids be paired with my cell phone. I get home and I can't hear my phone in the cell phone. I called ECHO back and they gave me technical support's pone number.. In Echo's defense, I have not called the no. yet. I'm not very good navigating my way around the cell phone. She also said I could make another appt if I'd, but that's not real soon. There would be no charge for that appt. Getting ready to call technical support. Wish me well!
