Not knowing how they worked, how long it would take to receive them and if the testing was accurate. I have to say the testing was pleasant and easy. Approximately 3 weeks later I have my new hearing aids and I'm so pleased with the whole process. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. I recommend Echo Hearing Systems and Audiololgy.
