The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
I went in on a Sunday. I could make the appointment online and I didn’t have to wait long. The staff was extremely nice and professional highly recommend.

It seems pointless to post, and I’ve read dozens of similar reviews and it seems nothing has changed.
I was seen today, and both the nurse and NP seemed completely bothered that I was even there. I was seen for a minor cut on the bottom of my foot, and the infection had started to spread. My mom has been a nurse for over 30 years, so I consulted with her first on where I should get treatment (i.e. ER or a clinic). I was told at the desk during check-in, “We probably can’t do much for you here”. I don’t have insurance, so this was the cheaper option.
The nurse then takes me back to do vitals, and asks me why I “didn’t go to the ER”, and again, “we probably won’t be able to do much for you”. All before my foot was even looked at. I’m not too medically versed, but I had to inform her, I simply needed an antibiotic.
Then the NP came in, Karlene, as she’s mentioned several times throughout reviews. Eye contact wasn’t made. Not a “hi” or greeting of any sort. It was a snippy, “name and birthdate” once the door opened. She was typing on the computer, and told me to remove my sock and she would look at my foot in just a second. I removed my sock and waited patiently, before getting a snippy “okay?”, telling me she was ready to look at my foot. I was never asked about any symptoms I had; the fever, cold chills, body aches, but was asked 3 times between the nurse and NP my pain level in my foot. I never got told a diagnosis. She ended the visit with “I’ve sent over your prescription”, to which I put on my sock and shoe and waited for print outs, like the other NPs do, and instead got, “you can go”. No eye contact. Never a pleasant tone. This is a convenient place, and the other nurses and NP’s are wonderful, but Karlene very clearly doesn’t value her patients, or actually care about how they’re feeling.

Told me they could do stitches removal. I went in after making an appointment and they told me that they don't do them, then walked away without further information. Useless.

Appointment was very easy to make on my phone. During my visit I spoke w/ three different individuals and all of them were very professional and courteous. This place and the people that work there are solid.

My daughter went there and was prescribed antibiotics. Her symptoms were worsening. She called back in and was basically not heard and was told that was the strongest antibiotics. Well obviously, 3 days in there is a problem and something else needed prescribed. I called 2 times without a response. They need more education on patient care. Use to be a good place to go. I would nor recommend for you or your loved ones.
