Always a great experience!!! Update: this office is amazing and one of the reasons I’m alive. I was having some major fatigue and they ran blood work and found I may have leukemia. Dr Ferguson and his NP’s jumped right on it and had me at oncology by next day. My oncologist said I got lucky with my dr because most would have continued testing but Dr Ferguson did not hesitate and had me with the specialist. I was sent to the er from oncology the next day and diagnosed with aml leukemia that was really aggressive and I could have died. All my oncology team at dr’sUC medical ask as a dr and how fortunate I was to have him because like the other oncologist most would have ran more tests. I credit Dr Ferguson and staff for seriously saving my life. If you want a dr that will truly take care of you and tell you how it is and really actually cares then I highly recommend Dr Ferguson, even my specialists will back that up. Thank you Dr Ferguson and PA Kaitlyn. Also love NP Denlinger!!!! (Also this is not the 1st medical issue that he’s been on very quick for us that other dr’s would have ran un-needed tests on until too late, he’s amazing!!)

RUDEST FRONT DESK CLERK IVE EVER DEALT WITH, I was in yesterday for my daughter to get a physical for work, During the visit we spoke with the doctor about others issues and blood work was done. The next morning I get a call about the blood work after I got all the info from the test I proceeded to ask a question, well thats when things went bad really quick. During my question the incredibly rude and apparently non trained in people skills JENNY then proceeded while I am in mid sentence to put me on hold and completely cut me off not even offering to hear my question or hear me out. when I pointed out to her when she got back on the phone how incredibly rude that was she then told me she didnt care she wanted to ask someone else there a question so I guess the patient on the phone in mid sentence didnt matter or deserve any respect. When I told her I wanted an office manager to speak to about how rude and unprofessional she was being I was told how shes been there 23 years and they have NO office manager. So then I had to ask for someone else. Deanyl acted as non caring about the way I was treated so disrespectfully like it didnt even happen. I personally have no tolerance for rude disrespectful staff at any store or doctor, as I am a paying client who has put my trust in this doctor office and not to be treated like a 6 year old when I try to ask questions and get legit information. I will NEVER come back and btw this was all done while I was with a client doing her hair and she was even offended at what she heard and how I was treated. I will inform every client I have now NEVER to use this office. Youve lost me and my family as patients now. and yesterday was my first ever visit, GREAT IMPRESSIONS TO PUT OUT TO NEW PATIENTS! Funny when I spoke to other people same day at same hospital this lady has a reputation for being short and rude to patients.
