  Golden Heart was with our family for two months until the passing of our father. As expected, there were certain caregivers that were better than others. Some were truly exceptional and gifted. A few were extremely inexperienced and lacked training. On one occasion, a night time caregiver went into the restroom to make a phone call which lasted over 30 minutes. During this time my bedridden father needed her assistance but she was unavailable to help because she did not hear him. She was therefore sent home and Golden Heart was immediately notified of the incident. Golden Heart took no action and billed us for the full 12 hours even though the aide "worked" 6.5. They are now refusing to refund the amount that was withdrawn and are not returning phone calls/text. Beware before using this organization.

  Golden Heart has been a Godsend to our family during a time of uncertainty in the health of my parents. From the original interview to every single Aide that has come to the home, it has been wonderful. The Care, kindness, and respect my parents have been given is priceless and we feel very blessed to have found Golden Heart.

  It took about 4 months to find consistent care that I could rely on but once we did then both my Dad & I could depend on a reliable routine. We had G💛H for almost 2 years while he was in independent living apartment in a continuing care community.

  Golden Heart has been a huge help to my wife and I for the past few months. The caregivers that have been to our home have all been professional, caring, compassionate, supportive and knowledgeable of the needs of a person with dementia. They have given showers to my wife,, cooked meals and cleaned the house. The office staff have returned calls that Ive made promptly. The Executive Director , has also been to our home numerous times checking on my wife and talking with the caregiver to make sure her employees are following the procedures that are part of their job description. I would give them more stars if I could.

  I received care from Golden Heart, they were prompt at starting my services so very last minute. They helped me every step of the way in my healing process after my fall. Step by step they gave me resources, sent me familiar and friendly faces, and were very thorough. I highly recommend Golden Heart, and appreciate everything they have done for me to get me back on my feet!
