Nurses Sam & Kelly and Aide Michelle were so compassionate and provided amazing care for Mom. Chaplain Cathy is wonderful...we prayed together and sang with Mom. I had the pleasure of meeting Meagan, the Director of Marketing at my work, Willowood Care Center...she brought me a beautiful plant. Thanks again! And Hannah, you are my rock. I cannot find the right words to express how much you mean to me and my family. You walked through this process with us, held our hands, cried with us and gave us hope. I will never forget the night you called me, and I knew what you were going to tell me. You stayed at Plum Creek with our family until 3:00 am. We laughed, cried and shared memories. Thank you Hannah...so much for all you do for our family and so many others. If you are looking for Hospice, Traditions is absolutely the best!
