    Every time I visit the office there’s always an issue with billing/insurance. Always a headache and honestly I’m sure there’s better dentist offices out there, not worth returning. Long wait times. Apparently my insurance doesn’t cover the new dentist that took over and so when I brought my kids to their appt it was out of network. No one called or mentioned this change and it was the last straw.. looking for a new dentist for my family. Save yourself the headache

    The hospitality of this dentist office was incredible! ...sincerely and genuinely welcoming... not to mention their professionalism... I had no idea how well Refresh conducted their business... a fantastic experience. Dr K was very kind and understanding with my dental needs - thank you Dr K - and thank you Refresh Dental 🙏🏽🌤☕️

    Dealt with 1 tooth for over 20yrs 2 root canals 3 crowns sinus surgery countless doctor appointments even been told I had fibromyalgia of the tooth! Ha gum recession a black tooth in a crown. I went to refresh dental 2 days ago got me in quick did all the necessary check outs and voila they pulled the tooth for me. Never thought I would be so excited but I am ! What a relief. The relief was even in the process of pulling. She did amazing my hat goes off to her and the entire office. Heaven sent true blessing! Thank you so much!

    The staff at this location is really wonderful, but unfortunately that is outweighed by all of the issues with their backend processes (billing and appointment scheduling). In October of 2024, I had a routine exam scheduled for a Saturday appointment. I show up to it and the doors are locked, no one is there. In April 2025, I had another routine exam scheduled for a Saturday, I called to speak with someone to verify that they would be open that day. The woman at the desk told me she was confused why someone would schedule me on said day because they aren't open then. They were at least able to get me in on the Friday before. As far as billing, I had routine appointments in Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 (or SP24 and FA24, can't exactly recall) that I paid out of pocket for because they couldn't find my employer's insurance as being covered (it was). I made claims to my insurance for these two appointments around near end of 2024/beginning of 2025. It took Refresh Dental months to get my near $700 back to me. I used two separate cards for the two appointments. Once they refunded card A, it still took a while for it to come through to card B. Once card B was refunded, the amount was incorrect and they had to refund me the rest in a different transaction. I had an appointment in April 2025 where I paid $50 out of pocket for copay, xrays, etc. But in June 2025, I received a bill saying I owed $125 from that appointment. On top of that, they said I had a previous balance, so my total that I owe them is $764. This is entirely inaccurate as they just refunded me all that money and I paid my April 2025 balance at that appointment. I called them in June 2025 to talk about this and got no response. I received another bill for this a few weeks ago, so I called them that Friday, last Monday, Tues, Weds, and Thurs, and got no response. I left voicemails each time. I will have to stop up there later this evening to see if I can receive any help in person. Update: online hours are incorrect. It says they close at 6pm on Mondays, apparently it is 5pm. So I went to go see them and once again they are closed, doors locked, no one here. The team here is very nice, but I can't continue to go somewhere that I can't trust if they will be open for my appointment and where they can't keep track of the money I pay them.
