- CRCienna RomainMar 6, 20251.0Absolutely horrible. I had braces from 2021-2024 and it is now 2025 and I just had to get braces AGAIN !!! Because of how horrible they did. My left side was not straight, AND I had severe gingivitis and didnt know. When I told them my teeth hurt when I brushed they said there was nothing they could do and see a general dentist. This was 2023, I was told I had a severe case of gingivitis and my orthodontist should have caught that!!! Its sad really. Mind you, when I came back to get my braces off, THE ENTIRE STAFF was replaced. I was told the person I had no longer worked there. The new staff on one hand was really nice, but omg my experience? TERRIBLE!!! If you can find someone else, PLEASE DO!!
