The clinic frequently closes when they’re supposed to be open, I’m assuming due to lack of funds and staff. My appointments are cancelled more than half the time I book. If I could just follow through with my appointments every time and not feel like I need to win the lottery to be seen, this would be an amazing branch.

I was getting checked in as a walk in and a woman approached the conversation and said they would not be able to see me because they close for lunch from 11-1. When I called the call center they said they talked walk ins from 8-3pm but were closed for lunch from 12-1. I walked in here at 11:30 so why couldn’t I be seen? This woman Cheyenne is completely rude and was whispering about me behind the glass. She was EXTREMELY rude and I would NEVER go to this planned parenthood.
