- SSSandySue SmilesSep 22, 20251.0These people had me nearly in tears. Went to fill a perscription for a blood pressure kit. As soon as I walked in, I was met by a lady at the counter by the door. Never even got to go to the pharmacy. Anyway, I was first told that "we don't bill insurance on the weekend". OK, so why are you open on the weekend. I had never been told such a thing by a pharmacy before. Anyway, then I was told that they dont THINK that they accept my type of insurance. I have Anthem BlueCorss/BlueShield Federal plan.......really? So the lady at the desk said "let me check with my manager". The lady manager came over and said "yeah, I dont think we accept that". She proceeded to provide me a list of medical supplies businesses that she said she knows that does take BC/BS. My question is...how do you know for a fact what other medical suppy companies accept my insurance, but you dont know if your own business accepts it? Lastly, I feel as though the original woman at the counter was trying everything in her power to not fill my perscription because she was examining my hard copy perscription with a fine tooth and comb by counting the months from when the perscription was written until now, which was 4 months ago. So, as you desperately dont want to fill my script, I will do as you say and take my business elsewhere.....just as soon as file a legal complaint against Crosby's. Please do not respond with your standard template of "we uphold high customer service standards..." or whatever the wording is, because clearly YOU DON'T. Just read all of the other 1 ☆ reviews this business has. What a shame.
