This is my fourth visit. The first time she saw me, I realized how intolerant and rude she is when receiving a sick patient from another country. She always does the same thing, always with a sour face and the worst attitude. Clearly, the lady knows me perfectly well, but this time she simply said, "Go to the next desk," with that sour face. It's clear she DIDN'T FEEL LIKE SEEING ME. The last three doctors were fine, but the last one... if I'm telling her I have an infection, why should she only prescribe an anti-inflammatory? And then she comes along and says, "Pay more to do a test." I understand she's the doctor, however, my face is like 🙄🙄🙄. If you see the patient and check throats CONSTANTLY and ask about symptoms, don't tell me you won't know what's wrong with the patient. It's so frustrating that they only want to make money and aren't doctors by profession

Being an adult and as sick as I am currently, I needed the kindness she offered today. She got me cold water, and empathized with my situation. I didn't even have my drivers license and she was extremely helpful getting any info they needed to get me in. Once I got to the back I expressed to them that I am unfortunately severely scared of coming to the doctors (due to things like needles, nose sticks, etc) and these employees have been nothing but kind. I typically am slightly made fun of due to these fears, so this was very welcoming

From the moment I walked in, they were so warm, friendly, and professional. They made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. Their positive energy was contagious — I actually left in a better mood than when I came in! It’s rare to find people who are this genuine and attentive. Honestly, this was the best DOT physical experience I’ve had in 26 years. Huge thanks to both of them for setting the bar so high!
