What followed was two additional team members attempting access without success. I left with multiple punctures, a new bruise, and now I’m working through my primary care doctor to pay out of pocket for my lab work to avoid future issues with Concentra/Quest where the staff is not provided the tools needed for difficult IV access like vein finders and ultrasound guidance.
