Maybe it’s because I’m used to Concentra, so I already know how they are. Ofcourse the wait time at the front desk is always longer than being seen by the provider as always. I waited about 45-60mins and when it was time for me to be seen, it didn’t take more than 20mins for me to done. The doctor was so nice, she’s an older woman, very sweet and amazing. I don’t mind going back there in the future. The black short lady at the front isn’t bad as well and the other black short lady who took my height and weight was good too. Overall, I’ll give them 9/10 because they made me wait for an hour, lol. I wish they have appt, it would’ve been better. Just my humble opinion. Thanks 😎

The medical provider thoroughly explained each stage of the examination and addressed all of my inquiries comprehensively without importing a sense of haste. I sincerely appreciated the seamless and uncomplicated nature of the experience. They systematically submitted the results to the BVM and the FMCSA for essential updates.
