I have to have my one shoe lifted due to my leg being shorter than the other. The staff is friendly and professional. Dave fixed me right up.

For god sakes look for a different orthopedic/prosthetics company. This place is terrible!! I only gave one star because I had to, this medical practice doesn’t deserve any stars. I guess I should have come to google first. 2.3 stars is overrated. Their failure to deliver my device on time cost me over $500 and to make it worse the device does nothing for my issue and then billing blamed me the patient for their failure. Ohio State Sports medicine needs to find a better vendor and never recommend this group again.

The first time I went to pick up my AFO, after a month of waiting, I was told they had made it for the wrong foot, so I had to wait for another to be made. More recently, I had got casted for another AFO to be worn during pool exercise. We left after the appointment, were told to return about a month later to pick it up. I get there today and was told the AFO was never made because a down payment (half the total) wasn’t made. I was not told of this the day of my casting, and the only notification of this was a short message they left on my phone a couple days after the first appointment. And since they haven’t called again, I had no idea that today’s appointment would yield no AFO. Why was I not called to cancel the appointment in the entire month I’ve waited? You would think they would call more than once when talking about an $1,100 expense that takes a month to craft. You would also think the receptionist wouldn’t have an attitude in response to my frustration at the ordeal. However, you would be wrong on both counts. I have never written an online review, and even hesitated now because the orthotist Chris and the woman who usually takes me to the room are quite pleasant. However, the inexplicably bad customer service, as well as the general rudeness of the receptionist left me no choice. Cannot wait to pick up the AFO (in another month) that should have been done today so I can never deal with this business again.
