I called at 8:30 am when they opened and left a message it was returned right away and service was scheduled that same day between 11 am and 3 pm. Jordan arrived at 10:30 am and professionally found my problem as worn motor brushes and worn out batteries. the chair was repaired and back in service in about an hour. the parts was fair priced and after a google search I could not have went out on my own and purchased batteries any cheaper. I am very pleased with 101mobility of Columbus for fast efficient and courteous service from all that was involved.
