- NBnikki boggsNov 5, 20222.0Call before you waste your gas in this day and age and be sure to ask to talk to the Columbiana receptionist because the first operator just works a switch board. My husband came down 1 hour before they closed to find a note they had to close early, the next day I called to ask if they’d be open at 6:30 if he came back down after his long work shift and she said no they were understaffed! Then a week later I gave them one more shot and went in the morning for an X-ray for them to tell me their X-ray was closed! Only good thing was the receptionist was very nice and there was no one there at 8:30 am

- EKEmily KurillaJan 2, 20221.0Waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room. Then finally got called back 5 mins before they closed. The "Dr" then went on to tell me she was stumped about my son's rash and slapped a random diagnosis on it to push us out the door. And I know it was random, because she admitted that his symptoms don't match that diagnosis but she doesn't know what it could be so I should take him to his pediatrician tomorrow. Also, would like to add that the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and thought it was smart to call Southwoods maintenance men dumb by saying "we would be lucky if those maintenance guys could find our front door" to a patient in front of everyone. I sure hope they can get this new place running smoother and maybe find more respectful employees to hire there.
