I was extremely nervous going in and they helped me relax and answered everything question. I thank all the workers there for the work you guys do!
- MFMileidy FerminSep 3, 20251.0Don’t get an IUD here they don’t know how to do it. I got mine here and it hurt so bad it quite literally traumatized me. A year later im getting my regular pap smear at UH and was told that my IUD is in my cervix when it should be inside my uterus and since I got the non hormonal copper IUD I could have gotten pregnant again because it wasn’t in the correct place. Now I have to get it taken out and put another one in the right place. Please go to your primary OBGYN if you want an IUD do not go here for that.

I wish I knew all their names but they helped me when I didn’t have WiFi service to get home , they made sure I wasn’t stranded and stayed with me until I was able to request my ride , I will forever appreciate them for that ! 🥹❤️
- NWNina WawroszMar 20, 20245.0I decided to get on birth control due to some health issues & I was having a hard time getting into see a doctor/ob-gyn & I even looked online but I had no luck in getting someone to see me asap. I went in yesterday, 3/19 as a walk in & waited but that day, they were booked with appts & were only seeing people with appts. So I made an appt for the next day (today) & I’m glad I did & kept the appt. The facility itself is very clean & well kept, the nursing staff, front desk all are so nice & understanding. They made me feel welcome. Julia & the student NP who was shadowing her were so understanding & validated all my concerns. We discussed all my available options & I left feeling & understood along with a prescription that was filled later on that day. PP also having MyChart is nice & easy to use. I’m able to message the care team, schedule an appt , & check in online & fill out the paperwork which cuts down on time. Would recommend them to anyone looking for care.
