I came in 5 minutes after my appointment time and was told I had to reschedule because it was the last appointment of the day and there was no grace period. It was a Friday and I was coming from work so you would think they would be more accommodating. Ultimately more of my time than theirs was wasted by coming there just to turn around. Very frustrating.

- MFMileidy FerminSep 3, 20251.0Don’t get an IUD here they don’t know how to do it. I got mine here and it hurt so bad it quite literally traumatized me. A year later im getting my regular pap smear at UH and was told that my IUD is in my cervix when it should be inside my uterus and since I got the non hormonal copper IUD I could have gotten pregnant again because it wasn’t in the correct place. Now I have to get it taken out and put another one in the right place. Please go to your primary OBGYN if you want an IUD do not go here for that.
