Your urgent care Was open and I was able to get my drug screen done. I was very grateful. Your facility also sent my results to my probation officer in time. Thank you

The nurse was not trained in how all of the tasks were to be completed correctly, and if we had not visited the Physical Therapy room and had I not asked a physical therapist (on a lunch break) how to correctly perform the tasks, I would have been marked as failed to perform tasks. I am not blaming anyone, just would like someone to correctly inform anyone that gives the test for the future participants.
- GGgrayconnsDec 29, 20251.0The person who did my blood work, used a non disposable tourniquet that she told me she purchased herself. I thought that was inappropriate in a healthcare setting. The tourniquet fell on the floor and she proceeded to attempt to use the tourniquet on me. I immediately stopped her and questioned her actions, she continued to touch the caddy full of IV draw supplies. She also stated she's been doing this for 20+ yrs, I informed her that anything that hits the floor is thrown away without question, thats how I was trained and maybe she need to reevaluate her workplace protocols. I will never recommend this location to anyone.
