Tell them if they intentionally pump their bp testing cuff up too high. That’s some bs right there. I’ve never been intentionally hurt by anyone in the medical field before, but as soon as I made the comment that it hurts she told me all about 200 psi was totally normal when checking people that have high blood pressure. She should be fired. 200 psi is not cool.

I went for a DOT physical for work. I got through the whole process all the way to the end I needed a paper filled out by my doctor because I take insulin instead of letting me know at the beginning. They waited till the end now I have to get this paper filled out and I have to go through the whole thing again and be charged again. What a scam they got run in there we couldn’t have started the whole thing off with that. I’ll never go back and I’ll never suggest anyone go there

Trash facility. Front desk staff are extremely rude, especially Gabby.
Doctor sucks, he wouldn’t medically clear me for a job even though I have glasses. He made me go out of my way to get contacts in addition to my glasses.
Concentra also refused to schedule me for a stress test after I missed the first 2 appointments, completely ignoring I’m out of state, the first one was scheduled on the same day I had interviews, and the second one was before my contacts were ready.
Because of them I’m out of the hiring cycle for a job with the City of Cleveland.

One star is too much. I arrived at 3pm for a simple drug screen. The office had about 15 people, in which 6 people had drug screens only. It appeared to be over staffed with the walkie talkies in their hands. If the staff spent more time focusing on their role instead of goofing-off they could complete the work they were hired for. I did not leave until 5pm and people came in after me and left before i did.

The waiting area is clean, no dust or cobwebs, and the lighting is well lit. The chairs are set apart from each other so the clients aren't sitting on top of one another. I like the sign in method where the clients sign in on a clipboard, then a text is sent out to their cellphone to fill out forms. The young gentleman at the check in window was very polite and well spoken. I did a drug screen and the bathroom that I used was extremely clean and no smells. The medical assistant who conducted my drug screen was polite and gave clear concise instructions.
