  They were very helpful and walked me through the process. Was there for the city job was mandatory to go get a drug test and physical but strongly recommend this place

  Staff was very friendly but also the office was empty and they had me waiting forever to get seen to do a drug test the waiting room feels like jail waiting room no decorations or anything and had no coffee, cups, creamer, etc. . But had a whole Kerrigan maker SMH idk I've been to better places I guess.

  This is the most disorganized occupational health facility I have ever been to…and I have been to MANY all over the country because I am a travel nurse. Therefore I am constantly having to get titers drawn, drug screens, physicals, vaccines, etc. I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this clinic a couple of years ago through a different nursing recruitment agency. They open at 8AM. I was there at 8:30. There were 20-25 people in line ahead of me and the line was out the door. I was there for FOUR AND A HALF hours. No exaggeration. I vowed to never go back. However…now I am working for a new travel agency and they asked me to go there today to get pre-employment stuff done. Same as always; titers, drug screen, physical, etc. I got there at 7:55AM and was 2nd in line. The man at front desk was intimidating and unfriendly, (and evidently incompetent, as I will explain in a moment.) I still waited an hour and 15 minutes to be called back, even though I was SECOND IN LINE!!! LoL 😂 I went back, the girl did my drug screen and blood work and said “okay let’s get you outta here” and I said “Wait, I’m supposed to get a physical and a vaccine as well” and she said no, you aren’t. And I pulled up my paperwork on my phone and showed her where it said to get a PHYSICAL AND A VACCINE and she still said no, that isn’t on your requisition so we don’t do that. I said, are you SURE?? And she said, yes, “see where there is no number beside those two things? That means we don’t do that.” I was still confused but she reassured me so I left. Lo and behold, my employer called me a couple of hours later and said “why didn’t they do the physical and the vaccine??” ………bruh. I about crashed out. Called Concentra and they said I could come back tomorrow and they would “do their best” to get me in and out quickly but that since I had to do a physical I’d likely be there for a long time. No one gave a crap or apologized for the incompetence and inconsideration and inconvenience. I work for a family right now taking care of their special needs child. I had to be late for work today to get this stuff done, which made them have to be late for work as well. And now I have to call them and explain that I’m going to have to be late again!??? The two people I spoke to at Concentra had no comment for any of this. Do not go here if you can help it. If your employer tells you to go here ask them to rearrange for a different facility. This place sucks SO bad. I recommend Hometown Urgent Care and Occ Health. They have their stuff together and know what they’re doing!
