I went in to the store on a whim, not planning on purchasing anything and walked out less than 10 minutes later having bought a new pair of sunglasses that I absolutely adore. The store associate was so helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions without a trace of impatience. I wanted to add prescription lenses to my new sunglasses but did not have my prescription with me (as I mentioned- wasn’t planning on making a purchase). The woman helping me told me she would send a link to my email to upload my prescription, and once I did that, my glasses would be sent within 14 business days. I uploaded a picture of my prescription when I got home, and it was super easy to do. I was also extremely impressed with the price of the frames and the overall cost of the glasses with the lenses factored in.
