went in for a sinus infection, which I have a history with. I told her it had been nine or 10 days, but I was exposed to someone at work with it. I I had to wait for 20-30 minutes before she came in and when she came in, she seemed a little frazzled, but she checked me out and my first red flag was when told me that my tonsils were red, but I got a tonsillectomy years ago⦠And then she also told me that she canāt do anything for me, to try Advil or Sudafed which I already told her that in the beginningā¦even though she did confirm that I did have a sinus infection because it hasnāt been the allotted days so she told me I couldnāt call back on Friday, but not tomorrow or the day after because she wonāt be there. It was an awful experience and I probably will never go back and left in tears.

This was probably the best experience Iāve ever had at an urgent care/little clinic. I was in and out in a half an hour and they were so thorough and professional. The nurse was so friendly. The doctor Amber really listened and took her time and made me feel heard. I was very impressed. I wish I could make them my all the time nurse/doctor.

I showed up at this clinic embarrassingly in tears after a horrible urgent care visit at a completely different facility near by. The staff met me with kindness, they believed me and took my symptoms seriously. I left with a much needed antibiotic prescription, and I was very well taken care of. Due to my pregnancy I was worried I wouldnāt be able to be treated, but Ben took his time with me and even encouraged me to call my OBGYN office to ensure the medication he intended to prescribe was safe in the third trimester of pregnancy. I would recommend this location to anyone, and will come again next time I need care and cannot access my own doctor.
