He is very knowledgeable, caring and completely transparent with regards to all my questions and or concerns. His new practice is in an incredible location and his entire team is fantastic. My intake appointment was very informative. I felt encouraged to ask questions and was left feeling knowledgable of my current eye health and next steps to manage it. Most notably, Dr. Baik diagnosed an issue that I have had for around 15 years that has been overlooked by other eye doctors this whole time. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and welcoming. While I did not bring my kids, there seemed to be books available for them to look at while waiting, and the office was kept neat and clean. If you're looking for a new doctor, I would highly recommend giving this office a try.

From the moment you walk in the door, all of the staff was very helpful. Establishing myself as a new patient was seamless, and only took about 5 minutes of filling out paperwork. From there I was seen promptly and all of my questions were answered during my visit. The staff did an excellent job helping me pick out new frames and were incredibly insightful on how they should fit (this is my first time needing glasses). I look forward to being a patient with them!
