- RCRhonda Creech4 days ago1.0Nurse giving eye drops into the wrong eye. Not only did she put it in the wrong eye she put in the wrong eye for 3 drops. Nurse tried to move the patient in his bed and grabbed him by his shoulder (he was in for a broken back. Additionally he just had an abcess staph infection just 7 days ago.). He was there for over 2 weeks and NEVER bathed him. My daughter went to cut his hair, he was supposed to get a bath after the hair cut. He laid in the same shirt, bedding etc for 3 days.

- JJJamieOct 5, 20251.0This place is truly sad..!! All the nurses and aides don’t CARE AT ALL!!! THEY ACT LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS!! Everyone is always in their phones ALL THE TIME!! Carpets always smell like pee!! Worst experience ever just read the reviews you will see!!
