After so many poor experiences with dental procedures, I finally found a place that makes me look forward to being taken care of! Dr. Dawson is phenomenal!! She thoroughly heard out each of my concerns and treated me with the absolute best care. The entire team works together to provide great service. Thank you to each of the team members (especially Brittney) who have cared for me! I couldn’t be more thankful to feel confident about the health of my teeth again.

Someone I know recently had a really frustrating and unprofessional experience at this dental office. They called ahead and were told that new patient x-rays would be fully covered by their insurance. But when they arrived, the office suddenly tried to charge them $120 for those same x-rays , even though uninsured patients are only charged $99 for an exam. It makes no sense that someone with full coverage would be charged more than someone with none. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude and passive-aggressive, which only made the situation worse. Instead of trying to help or explain the issue clearly, they acted annoyed and dismissive as if this person was stupid, even though the office gave the wrong information in the first place. Because of the surprise charges and the unprofessional attitude, my friend left without being seen. Based on their experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for honest pricing or respectful customer service.

Went here for an appointment because they were the quickest to get me in for a cleaning. Told me I had to pay out of pocket for x-rays that have already been done and my insurance covers, and after reading other reviews I see that’s how they make their money. They even told me over the phone my insurance covered it. Also funny they only charge $99 to people without insurance but wanted me to pay $120 for the same thing? Not to mention the receptionist was rude after I said I wasn’t paying it. No wonder so many people don’t go get dental care, it’s genuinely sad.

Would not recommend this place at all back in June for dentures. They did my impressions and was told it would take 2 or 3 weeks and would have my my dentures here it is the middle of October and still have no dentures and can't even get a straight answer about what the problem is. They first said they was waiting for my insurance to authorize them and when I showed them the had been authorized they gave said it was waiting for the lab to make wax molds

When I came to their office, it had been 20 years since I'd seen a dentist due to some traumatic experiences and I was petrified. I had broken a tooth and waited too long so it needed pulled. Dr. Gupta and his staff took the time to talk to me and answer questions, explain all my options without any pressure, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He even let my mom come back and hold my hand! (Even at 43 you sometimes still need your mom!) They treated me with such kindness and I will never forget that.
