  They were very kind, helpful, informative. The dentist was funny and calming all at the same time! I had a traumatic experience with a dentist when I was a kid. That made me not go to the dentist unless I couldn't stand the pain. This visit with the dentist was the best experience I have had at a dentist appointment. They didn't shame me for not going to see the dentist regularly. They came up with a game plan to fix it! I am very happy with everything.

  Everyone was very professional, polite, helpful, and friendly. Not being to a dentist in 9 years or so, I was very apprehensive. The dentist and the whole staff really helped ease my anxiety. I would rate the dentist and the whole staff A+++

  The entire experience was ridiculous and I will not be going back. I obtained dental insurance this year and found Stonecreek listed as in-network through my plan. I booked with them as a new patient, for an annual teeth cleaning. As soon as I arrived for my appointment, it was noticeable that the employees at the front desk were very new to the job. It became obvious that they couldn’t retain employees. When they took me back for my appointment, I overheard that they were letting the new nurse “spread her wings for the first time” on me. It literally took an hour for her to get dental X-rays. We had to redo the x-rays of at least 6 teeth because she performed wrong. No one else came to help. I then asked if I was even getting my teeth cleaned only to be told that was “the next appointment.” This was never mentioned before. Before rescheduling, I asked the lady at the front desk if it would come out of my pocket since the insurance covered only one appointment annually. I was assured that it would not. When I went back for my teeth cleaning appointment, I was poked and jabbed in the mouth to the point where I said something. I was told that it was “part of being at the dentist” as if I’ve never been before. Flash forward a couple of weeks and I receive a $450 bill that covered the cost of both appointments. Tried to call and ask them to clarify such and got nothing but a voicemail in return that I’m not in-network anymore. I even asked for their email to send proofs of insurance and get this figured out.
