    A former doc who was a member of the practice made some type of a mistake on an implant he gave me causing it to fail within the 1 year warranty period. If you have had an implant you know you need to go to a regular dentist to get the abutment and crown after the oral surgeon has finished his/her part of the implant process and pay for this in addition to the oral surgeon fee. I did just that after the first, failed implant and then had to go back to the dentist and pay for another abutment and crown when the failed implant was replaced. I seem to recall Dr. S. saying this was on him so when I went to my local dentist for the second procedure I mentioned this conversation to him and assumed my guy would get reimbursed. Fast forward almost a year and I find out I am responsible for the second charge. I reluctantly wrote a check for over $3000 and still have a bitter taste in my mouth because I had to pay for something that should not have failed so quickly, if ever, and was an error on the oral doc. I think The Institute should step up and reimburse me because it is the right thing to do. I'm hoping they do

    Absolutely blown away by the kindness, professionalism, care, and overall exceptional treatment offered by Dr. David Ash and all the staff at the Institute. If I had ten thumbs, they would all be up!

    Since insurance wont cover another surgery im stuck like this!!! You screwed up my jaw surgery and left me disfigured, in pain and the inability to eat normally. My pain grows more and more everyday, but you dont care. Im at the point where jaw locks up with unbearable pain. I have seen many doctor and the all said it was a bad surgery. I cant even get medical mutual to cover another surgery. I hope you are happy
