I had a traumatic experience at the dentist I saw before coming to Cornerstone and was terrified when I came in. The dentist was so understanding, so polite, and she had the best “bedside manner”. Along with anxiety meds, I made it through each time with no complaints. It helped that she talked softly and ensured I was pain free. The office and office staff are excellent too. Everything is tidy and screams “professionals.” Thank you so much! Stephanie T

They claimed that they tried to contact my doctor about meds and for some reason my shoulder surgery done about 8 years ago. When the called they left a voicemail so fast it was unintelligible! I tried to verify my appointment in several ways one being their pediatric office. They called me back and said it was cancelled. But I was told several times that it was confirmed! I never had a problem with the Toledo office. However I now live in BG! If you want to schedule at this office I suggest you try to confirm it at least a dozen times or choose another company!!

I have had paralyzing anxiety relating to all things dental for YEARS, and they have treated me with so much patience and dignity that my fears have eroded more and more with each visit. Their billing staff is also top notch, as they have been very considerate of informing me as soon as possible what I can expect to pay prior to treatment. They set the bar at the highest magnitude, and I can only hope that more places can be like Corner Dental.
