- VFVanessa FloresJan 1, 20261.0The lady in charge of scheduling appointments is very rude and obviously overwhelmed. They are never on the same page about appointments and would rather keep bringing in new patients rather than take care of the ones they have. They are extremely unprofessional over the phone and in person and they will blame you for their scheduling faults! They either need to hire more staff or stop taking on new patients. Not to mention once your child hits teenage years they no longer accept them bc they have so many new patients.
- SGSamantha GomezDec 9, 20251.0When I first started bringing my children here it was okay, not the cleanest, definitely a step down from their last pediatric dentist, but the longer we have come here the worse it has gotten. My children are supposed to be seen every 6 months and they are only able to schedule them once a year. Their call center and them do not communicate clearly by any means and you will be put through the wringer time and time again in order to be on the same page as someone. I’ve never had issues like this with any type of office I’ve ever brought my kids to. Absolutely do not recommend and will be transferring my kids to another office.
