- NWNichole WatkinsFeb 2, 20221.0Took my client here with a fractured fibula. Referred by Wood Co. Hospital who called the next day to inform client of fractured fibula. No pain management was prescribed. Called ahead to verify insurance at orthopedic office was informed, Insurance was accepted, at least that’s what I was told over the phone. My client climbed down a flight of stairs in freezing rain and crutches! Only to be turned away at the front desk because they would not take her insurance! They wouldn’t even make payment arrangements as the office visit was $250.00!! Instead they closed their office window, leaving my client sobbing in pain!!!! They do not deserve a single star. It’s absolutely disgusting to me that anyone would do that to another person. Money hungry, greedy soulless people!!
