Ordered lenses, came in bout 7 days. They were grossly messed up,found out the clerk wrote down the wrong number for one of the measurments.Dave told me they'd be shipped back to texas and put at the front of the line,to be redone.the old man, davey, lied, took longer to get reissued lenses back than the original messed up ones.the old man told me he would personally call when lenses back in,another lie! Was emailed notification. Went to pick up, they were ok,Dave the old man never asked or checked to see that they sat good on my face,or to read any charts.Glad he didn't, he was very shakey in the hands. Never using this place again!! Better background checks might help

First and last time I'll be going. Set up an appointment same day, and went on my lunch break as they had every time slot available so I assumed they wouldn't be busy. No greeters or workers at the door, which is fine I don't care, but didn't see any workers on the floor either until I got to the desk. I wasn't seen till 25 mins later than my appointment and was there for over an hour because they were overbooked and understaffed. They have a hybrid office (virtual technicians and doctors...)so if you're looking to actually speak to an actual ophthalmologist, then this isn't the place for you. The poor women at the desk was juggling answering phone calls, getting people set up with check in paperwork, and even performing the actual eye exams for the Dr to get the info on a computer.. She deserves more help, and there shouldn't the very least be one Doctor in the office.

As a first and last time customer I wouldn’t recommend at least this location to anyone. I walked in the door and made eye contact with two associates and neither one said a word. Again as a first time customer I didn’t know where to go so I walked to the front of the store and again both associates again just looked at me, so I said hello and asked where to go. I checked in with someone friendly, can’t remember her name but she told me my exam with insurance was $25, broke down what insurance covered for glasses and then I waited about 30-40 minutes to be seen. I go back into this box of a room with five machines, a fan, and a technician who explains one of the machines as an ultrasound machine and then tells me that my exam is $59.99. I question the price because that’s not what I was just told and from her sales pitch I declined the service along with the dry eye test that was an additional $39.99 on top of that. She didn’t say another word to me the whole exam other than “put your forehead all the way forward”. Moving to the next exam, that was smooth along with check out. I did not and will not purchase my glasses from this company based on the experience.
