I love that I can relax in knowing that she is receiving excellent care. The facility is lovely but the staff is where Brookdale truly shines. I cannot say enough good things about the care, kindness, compassion, and patience shown by every staff member not only for the residents but for their family members too. I have really appreciated the guidance and information that I’ve received. It’s helped me to better understand how to navigate this path with my Aunt. Brookdale is a true gem!

The people are Loving and Caring and are trying to make our Loved ones lives fulfilling and as comfortable as possible. Sometimes Stuff happens things are lost or forgotten and these Great People figure out how to resolve problems and concerns and continue to take care of our Loved ones. I have investigated other Alzheimer's care facilities and consider Brookdale the superior facility. I plan to keep her there. That's not to say everything is perfect but the staff does respond to problems. I suspect the one star rating is from a disgruntled employee.
