We recently purchased glasses and met 2 of the most engaging and conscientious sales people we ever met. They are Alan and Wendy, the manager. They were helpful in assisting us in choosing the best aesthetically pleasing frames and took our order in a caring and professional manner. When we picked up the completed glasses, they made sure that they fit correctly and adjusted them multiple times when needed. They are not only professional and competent but also caring.

I went in for just an eye exam and they told me in order to use my insurance I had to purchase my lens's through them which I later found out is completely false. Once I found out I was lied to I called back first thing in the morning and they refused to refund me. I have now spoken to the store owner who also refuses to refund my credit card for an item I never wanted in the first place. Stay far away as this is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever received.

Got a voice mail on August 14 my glasses were ready and they needed one hour to get them done. Saying I could come any time Monday through Saturday. Came on Monday 18th. They told me the person won’t come on mondays. After that I came today Tuesday 26th to be told they need 2 hours. A really rude dude who looked upset because I complaint yelled at me. I’m probably contacting my bank and ask for a refund. My time cost money.
