I came across a very rude staff member at the front desk. I have been consistently going to this location since April without issue. The employee at the front desk stops me after I scanned in and accuses me of not having a membership. He continues to say that I need to show him that I'm a member via a bank statement or email address even though the app clearly showed I am a member and my email address comes up when you go to my profile, which I showed to him. He wasted 10 minutes of my time. I wouldn't have been so annoyed, if he had better customer service. Whether it was intentional or not, his tone was awful. He put a very bad taste in my mouth.

The staff is fantastic, the gym is spotless, and the equipment is excellent. And the value is fantastic. The only thing this gym needs is better cleanliness and some attention to the men's showers.
