The employee at the front desk stops me after I scanned in and accuses me of not having a membership. He continues to say that I need to show him that I'm a member via a bank statement or email address even though the app clearly showed I am a member and my email address comes up when you go to my profile, which I showed to him. He wasted 10 minutes of my time. I wouldn't have been so annoyed, if he had better customer service. Whether it was intentional or not, his tone was awful. He put a very bad taste in my mouth.
