I've been going here for years now. Never had a problem with doctors and staff. When I went for visit with the kids, they had all new staffing. Money is no problem on glasses picked out and how we liked it. But, since we've been going there for years and didn't care about the amount of money spent, the service should have been better from staff. My kids and I had all ordered new pair of glasses. 1 week passed, no phone call was made. So I reached out, they stated it was not ready. Second week I reached out, they stated yes, all glasses was ready. When my daughter went to pick her glasses up, it was not ready. When I went and picked mines and my other daughter, I tried mines and it was loose. I told the heavy set girl, it was loose and she said, but that's how it was when you picked it, instead of checking if something can be done. Customer service should be provided at all times without an attitude and I am not an argumentative person so I'm like you know its ok. I didnt even bother to ask my other daughters how's hers because I didn't want no more negative vibes. Third week I called spoke with a girl "Nathalie" for the other glasses. She said not ready. I stated my mind and said why should I keep reaching out. No follow up what so ever from them. She called back later that day and stated oh we have it now. All of a sudden the next hour they have it. Not a great service experience at all with interaction, help provided, and follow up. I hope Doctors that do their excellent job provide feedback to customer service at the front desk with the ladies where most of us spent our time. Customer care goes along way. Not coming back.
PS. I got a call back after the review of bad experience. As stated, money input is not a problem. I don't need discount on next frame etc. What is needed on the apology phone call/voicemail is that, you can do better on how treating your patience while visiting and following up on glasses ordered. Apologizing and sounding like a robot on my voicemail does not seem like you care to do better but I appreciate the time and brushed off effort it sounded like.
