- CMCool MozartAug 25, 20251.0This place is very dirty and they did not know anything. I asked where the cast shoes are for my short leg cast and they told me to wear a CAM boot over my cast (no joke) and finally the senior person showed me where the cast shoe is and the junior person gave me an attitude. Then I asked for a shower cover for my cast and they suggested a certain size seeing my short leg cast and I thought the shower cover package looked small so I asked if it will fit and they said yes it will fit and when I tried it on it only went up half way to my cast. We even drove 20 mins to go here! Complete waste of time and money.

I have worked with White Plains Surgical to meet my mother’s needs for vacation and travel for the past few years and they have always been so supportive and helpful. Even last minute requests are no problem for them. And they are so patient when they have to show you how the equipment works.

But unfortunately a new lady does the order named Anita. She is absolutely TERRIBLE & HORRIBLE to work. She is not helpful She is not knowledgeable in this field at all. Despite her trying to betray she is. On top of everything else she lacks good communication skills w/ very ugly attitude. Please don't bother using them as there are so many other places that will welcome new customers and communicate better with you Go to Jacob's surgical supplies in Yonkers and ask for Peter.He is great. he is very knowledgeable with all insurances and knows how to get things. Despite the response from White plains surgical supply saying insurance was not covering my supplies . I am able to get All of my supplies from Jacobs with no issues, no attitude. it was definitely not an insurance issue with White plains surgical it was more of a lack of knowledge & professionalism.
