I asked where the cast shoes are for my short leg cast and they told me to wear a CAM boot over my cast (no joke) and finally the senior person showed me where the cast shoe is and the junior person gave me an attitude. Then I asked for a shower cover for my cast and they suggested a certain size seeing my short leg cast and I thought the shower cover package looked small so I asked if it will fit and they said yes it will fit and when I tried it on it only went up half way to my cast. We even drove 20 mins to go here! Complete waste of time and money.

We called repeatedly, but couldn’t get through. When we arrived at 4:50pm, no one was there. We’re now without a wheelchair. Don’t rely on them if you need one. EDITED TO ADD: We understand if some people were unable to get to work, but would appreciate being notified of the early closure if our order was unable to be fulfilled. We were left scrambling to find a wheelchair at the last minute when we thought it had been reserved.

Though they are open until 6:00, I was told to get support with insurance, I would need to be in store by 12:00. I took a day off work, drove over an hour and they do NOT have the item. They completely lied. They are so unorganized, they have zero idea what they have. They also don’t really understand English. The heavy accented woman is atrocious. No apology, no compassion, no empathy for all I’ve gone through to patronize their store. Just “ LOOK LADY I didn’t take your call”! This place is awful. Why would anyone bother to walk in the door. Do yourself a favor and order what you want online. This place will be closing soon.

My son has clubfoot and I needed to look into some special shoes for him and she helped me with many different choices. However While being there I heard the owner arguing with other shoppers in the store and I was a little concerned with the professionalism with him so I decided to use another surgical store for my purchase. He was screaming and being very rude to other paying customers inside the store. I just got very frightened by the screaming that I decided to just walk out. Seems to be an unsuitable working environment for those poor employees.
