  In the beginning I was scared thinking i might be blind but as soon as i got into the office i got the confidence. Everyone very welcoming. Dr Alexandrovic very professional no pain whatsoever very quick. A big applause for Dr.O as well . He tried to explain in details the procedure. Today i went for the postoperative check up. I feel amazing no need for glasses yeahhhhhh. Thank you all for everything

  Had an amazing experience at TLC. Everyone was very caring, patient, and informative, from the consultation to the day of surgery. The surgery itself was less than 10 minutes and didn't hurt. It was handled with extreme care. I was told I might feel burning or stinging that night, but I felt barely anything. For only a few hours it felt like I had very tired eyes that I couldn't rub. This was just my experience and I'm sure other experiences vary, but I had an amazing experience. I highly recommend TLC.

  Every aspect of my experience was fantastic. From office management to the doctors, they’re all wonderful. My vision is perfect a day later and I’m pain free. 10/10 would recommend! Also, they have a coffee machine in the waiting room which I appreciated before an early morning appointment.

  This is the worst staff/doctor experience I have ever had. The person that initially made me sign all the paperwork for the procedure actually said the words "You will walk out of here with 20/20 vision". She is not a doctor but for some reason I believed her. I walked out after the surgery with blurry vision which I understood was normal right after surgery so I was patient and waited for weeks. After several visits I was never allowed to see the doctor (Leon Aleksandrovich) that did the procedure even though it was clear that my vision was not ok. I asked for him but was told that he doesn't see patients after his procedures! I have never heard of this. I still need glasses and can't see well when I drive. It was always a random person doing the "follow up". My vision never improved and at the last "follow up", another random person told me to come back in 6 months. So I tried making an appointment 6 months later and they refused to take my call. My eye prescription was initially very high and it's definitely better than it was before the procedure but to actually have the staff promise 20/20 vision with such certainty is complete misrepresentation and a blatant lie. The most dissapointing thing about the whole experience is the post-op manner of the staff. They are very friendly before the procedure and after that, they don't seem interested at all. each follow up, I simply said that I can't see well and the equipment showed that my vision is not ok yet they all seemed annoyed that I even had any questions about this. I suggest you be very careful before deciding to trust this place. This is my experience with TLC. I trusted them and they failed me. Very dissapoited and hurt.

  Long story short, it cost me $4400 to sit around for 1.5hrs the day of surgery, no meds to calm my heighened anxiety, didn't get to meet the doctor beforehand, and it felt like a revolving door of patients. No real one on-one-time with any of the personnel, and only 1 follow up visit. It really feels like they don't care about thir patients at all. I got 1 follow up phone call right after surgery and haven't heard from them since--surgery date July 2024. I have dry eyes and I am just dealing with it on my own because I'm so discouraged to go back.
