Good staff, long wait. Passive protesters when I arrived and left, but they didn't harass me. Just ignored them and walked inside. Entrance is in the back, and locked unless you present your ID.
Plan ahead for an hour+ wait time, but know it's worth it for a job well done. When I went, they even took Medicaid, and given they work somewhere so controversial, my respect goes out to them for showing up each day to help our community. Thank you!
My personal experience (review is above):
**This is for people who want to know what it's like. This was a personal experience for me, but others sharing helped encourage me to finally get an appointment. Maybe this will help someone too.**
I went for an IUD, first time. The front desk staff were friendly. They took a urine sample while I waited; big bathroom and left the sample on a specific shelf. It's a small detail, but not having to hand it to anyone directly was nice. Dr. Ramadan was my physician. She walked me through it, offered to explain what the equipment was and what to expect in terms of cramps or pain. She answered each of my questions and didn't make me feel small for asking them. I was offered an OTC pain pill and a heated pack to help.
The procedure itself was fairly quick and only hurt somewhat. I didn't take the pain pill btw, and it still went fine. Press that heated pack on the area they advise.
Post procedure, I was able to walk out and drive home. Later the same day, I tested it out. It added some discomfort at first, but next day it didn't affect me. (Please be aware, your body may react differently. Do what's best for you.)
For those curious, the IUD I chose was the copper option, Paragard.

i’m not from NY but the front desk ladies were nice, most nicest clinic I have been too, felt welcomed from the start and they solved all my issues. The wait time can be a while I know! but it’s worth the service they bring out. Dr. Stephanie and all the staffs are amazing. thanks for giving me the best service and support.

HORRIBLE! My sister’s appointment was for 10:50, e arrived at 10:30. She wasn’t called in the back until 11:20. After weighing her and checking her height they had her sitting in the back 2hours before getting her procedure done. The workers are very unprofessional speaking about their personal lives and speaking about some of the patients. While i was waiting in the seating area for my sister there was 6 receptionist at the desk. All 6 went on break at the same time, how is that even possible? Then one return after a while. The only staff member was was helpful and doing her job was the security lady. She escorting the patients out after their procedure. This clinic didn’t give my sister any pain killers or anything to sooth the discomfort she was enduring. This place needs better staff.
